- The best shooting locations rarely have solid ground - wear shoes you can move around in.
- Don't be afraid to mix patterns and textures - gone are the days of white shirts and denim.
- Avoid clothing with thick stripes. Choose clothing that is more timeless and have aspects that balance each other.
- Avoid neon at all costs - this includes stripes on kiddies shoes also.
- Wear your makeup roughly 20% darker than usual; it will help add depth and contouring.
- Have twinsies? Dress them uniquely and embrace their individuality! Same is true for all siblings.
- Ditch the sports watches and hair ties on the wrists.
- The brighter the colour, the less there should be of it across the whole family.
- Pay special attention to details! Adding in a scarf, vest, statement necklace or even a small bouquet can add the perfect amount of punch to any outfit.
- Adding a warm pop of colour against a neutral palette will give your outfit just the right amount of style.
- Still stuck? Creams, browns and tans are impossible to screw up and will never go out of style, just skip black and white.
- Personal preference of myself, I love to see my clients arrive in outfits that compliment eachother but dont completely match. Neutral palattes, like mentioned above, varying with patterns and no patterns across the family. Dress smart, but casual.

I'm Townsville based in North QLD Australia and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the cheapest way to come to you and absolutely love seeing new places.

For basic sessions - you will receive your gallery link within 4 weeks.

For weddings - you will receive your in person gallery within 10-12 weeks.

You will receive a print release allowing you to print off as many copies of your images as your heart desires.

Sneak peeks will be delivered via social platform of contact within 7 days of your session.

The amount is dependant on the session type you book, but all our packages are fully inclusive, which means they provide a full gallery of high end, high resolution edited images.
For basic sessions, such as Family, Maternity, Children Photography, etc, you will receive 50+ images.
For the bigger bookings, such as Events, Weddings and Birth, they can average from 150 - 800+ images.

There are hundreds of places where your photoshoot could take place and it is completely up to you on the location. I am always happy to help and share ideas on places that I believe will suit what you're after. It is best if you know what style session you're after in the beginning; meaning beach, bush, urban, dirt track, greenery, in home, etc.

There are many locations that I utilise more than others here in Townsville, but my most popular spots include: Palleranda Conservation Park, Palleranda Dirt Track, Palleranda Bouganvillea Tree, Black River, North Shore, Crystal Creek, Kelso Country and Magnetic Island (MI includes a travel fee for ferry return trip).
